This is for up to 15 minutes of support. After 15 minutes another 15 minute block of support can be added.

There is a 15 minute minimum. Non refundable and non cancelable. Must be used within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed to in writing by www.TheHeadsetTeam.com.
