Plantronics CT14 Replacement Headset 81083-01

Spare/Replacement Headset for the CT14. The picture depicts the over the head and over the ear wearing style. Both wearing styles are options with each unit. Only one headset is provided.

You can use any Plantronics corded headset with the CT14, as long as the headset has a 2.5mm jack, which can be plugged into the port on the CT14 dial pad. However, some of the special features on different types of headsets might not work with CT14.

Customers can still use the current CT12 headset with the new CT14 model. However, the Firefly on-line indicator will not work when used with the CT14.
