** Attention Plantronics APC-40 Users **

The APC-40 EHS Adapter has been discontinued by Plantronics and is no longer available.

The new APC-41 EHS Adapter (item #38350-11) is the APC-40 replacement.

The APC-41 can be used for the CS500 and Savi Series and will also allow the use of an OLI (On Line Indicator) which was not possible with the APC-40.

Plantronics is experiencing a delay in shipping the new APC-41 EHS Adapters due to a component shortage. Some of the EHS Adapters will be available near the end of February, but that date will adjust as they manufacture the product. This situation is being addressed by Plantronics Management Team and they are working towards a solution. The APC-41 is the same price as the APC-40. Customers ordering the APC-40 will be shipped the APC-41.

APC-40 and APC-41 orders will be included on the APC-41 Waiting List. The APC-41 orders will be shipped in the order received as they become available.
