ZoomSwitch is not a Plantronics product but is an add-on accessory and is compatible with specific Plantronics headsets including Plantronics CS Series Wireless Systems (not the CS50-USB or AWH55USB which are already USB) and Plantronics H Series or H Top Headsets.

Cisco Customers: The ZoomSwitch is compatible with Cisco desk phones. Upon request, we provide a special cable to connect your ZoomSwitch to a Cisco desk phone in conjunction with a Plantronics wireless office headset
