• Poly is discontinuing their 911 Dispatch offering and will not be introducing replacements.
• Final orders must be "received by Poly/HP" by June 26 2025.  
• Poly is taking final orders on a first come first served basis and will ship the orders in the order that they are received to fulfill as many orders as possible by September 30, 2025.  
• If Poly is unable to fulfill any of these orders, Poly will cancel the orders and The Headset Team will refund our customers.
• Poly is advising customers to buy extra units for any future needs they may have.  Poly will not have a replacement solution.
